About Me	I live in the backcountry of San Diego County at a small residential yoga retreat, Mountain Valley Retreat, which I opened in 2014. I manage my retreat center, teach yoga and treat clients with CranioSacral Therapy. My retreat welcomes hikers on Pacific Crest Trail which passes by a mile from my gates. I also have guests from the city who come for a respite from city life to the backcountry where it is quiet and unpopulated.
