Class of 1979
Air Force, 20+ Years

After graduating, I went active duty Air Force. I knew then working with electronics was going to be my passion, so I picked a career as an aircraft electrician. Little did I know it would lead me to were I am at now, Avionics Line Technician for American Airlines. I still travel to other places like Hawaii when planes break. That's what makes it so exciting, to apply the skills, training and experience required to fix and release the aircraft for it's next flight.
The football coach once told me as I was leaving, "...what ever you do, be the best at it". I still carry that torch today. It is my wish, to see others follow their passion and do what it takes to make a difference.
