| About Me | I worked at New Market Battlefield State Historical Park while attending high school and college. I worked for Shenandoah Valley Travel Association for over 12 years. I started as a secretary/bookkeeper and worked my way up to assistant director before I left to work with my husband, Joe Proctor (Class of '86), at Shenandoah Caverns, Inc. For my first 3 years I acted as sales director for all three of our attractions - Shenandoah Caverns, American Celebration on Parade & Main Street of Yesteryear. I then became attraction manager for American Celebration on Parade and I served as events coordinator for all of our attractions. I loved working with Joe but found that there wasn't much "family time" so then I returned to Shenandoah Valley Travel Association and worked part time.
