About Event
Plans are underway for the 5th Annual Stockton High School Alumni Breakfast. Last year, we had over 200 people spanning 70 years of graduates. We also had lots of door prizes and lots of fun!
The Radiothon, sponsored by the Stockton Education Foundation, will simultaneously be taking place in the gym. This event will include ongoing entertainment featuring local talent (kids and adults) and community business spotlights. Last year, the Radiothon was going on in the cafeteria during the Alumni Breakfast, but the breakfast participants did not get to listen to the entertainment. So, we are combining the events into the same room this year. Joining the two events will also give breakfast participants the opportunity to support Stockton schools over a live broadcast through WCCI from Savanna.
DATE: Saturday, September 26, 2008 (the morning after the Friday night homecoming game)
TIME: 9:00 a.m.
LOCATION: Stockton High School Gym
PURPOSE: To celebrate our common roots, be part of homecoming festivities, enjoy favorite memories, and partake in warm camaraderie with classmates as well as with people from other classes
COST: $3.00 per person for coffee, rolls, and juice. (Any income above expenses will be split between the student group that is helping with the breakfast and the Radiothon.)
WHO IS INVITED?: Former and current teachers and staff members and all former Stockton students, even those who only attended a Stockton school for part of one year. In addition, guests of any teachers, staff members, and students are also welcome!
METHOD OF SPREADING THE WORD: E-mail and word-of-mouth (so spread the word!) Please forward this e-mail to any classmates for whom you have e-mails. The initial database is not large, so we are counting on everyone who receives this invitation to forward it.
RSVP: You do not have to RSVP to let anyone know you are coming, but we sure hope to see you there!

AFTER THE BREAKFAST: Consider visiting the Stockton school displays at the Stockton Museum. If you have memorabilia you would like to take to share at the museum, you are welcome to do so. The museum will be open after the breakfast.
