About Me	Brandon Casey (Son of the late poem Raymond Casey aka Turhan Abdul Shabazz) is better known as Bcase growing up was born July 16th, 1984 in Homestead, Pa. Just at the age of 10, he was introduce to music by his uncle, Vaughn "Dj V" Jones. As he would help his uncle carry his deejaying equipment from parties to block parties n watched him blend music on turntables as it was something new to him. Seein how the crowd respond & the style his uncle was creating, soon started Brandon learning about the history of music. Six years later at age 16, Brandon started his own collection of music from artists like Aaliyah, Bone Thugs n Harmony, Tupac, Da Brat, Kris Kross and more. But he didn't stop there, Brandon would also pick up books about deejaying n read up on the arts of deejaying. After playin nothing but down south music off his eight track player/receiver n tape decks at his sister's & other people's basement parties, soon gave him the name "Dj Atl". He stay in school while doing the basement parties and graduated with a high school diploma from Steel Valley High School at the age of 18. After school, he decide that music was his life. Reaching out to local producers n other djs in the pittsburgh area, gave him the ability to learn n see how he could record n produce his own style & craft of music. With support from his family n friends, Dj Atl linked up with a producer name Bricks from KingPinz Music Group n started his own mixtape called "SteelCity Unleashed" and got nomined in 2007 Pittsburgh Hip Hop Award for Best Mixtape of the year. Working on his 2nd mixtape six months later, found himself nomined again for Best Mixtape Dj of the year in 2008 Pittsburgh Hip Hop Awards. Even doe he didn't win either year, Continued making mixtapes, n turned the "SteelCity Unleashed" into a series with five volumes, working with artists like Hittmaker, Vaig, Nesia Beats, Marcielago, Angee Gonzales, Lady Homi and many more.
