About	Wayne was born and raised in Routt County and was a devoted husband, loving father, and proud family man. He finished High School in 1964 at Steamboat and then joined the Army. He served in Germany until Aug of 1966 when he was honorable discharged. He worked for a drilling company and did mineral exploration in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. He spent 35 years as a truck driver and owned his own business.
