About	Howard was raised in a Routt County pioneer family. He graduated from SSHS in 1964 and attended Utah Technical College. He proudly served his country in Vietnam and was involved with veterans. Being a Steamboat native he naturally enjoyed skiing, fishing, hunting, and his horse. Later years were enjoyed with his Harleys. He will be remembered and missed by family and friends.
