About Me	I was terribly shy as a kid and through high school and beyond. Looking back it is the one thing I would have liked to change. It kept me from truly enjoying my school years. After high school I was a cook at Peppermill and several other restaurants. Loved it but hated working evenings all the time. I then went into medicine first working on ambulances, then the emergency department at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. Eventually I transitioned to doing all of the Autopsies there. I finally met my future wife at St. Vincent's as she was an OR Nurse there and we married in 1995. In 2003 we moved to the Tampa, FL area. Life has been great, but in 2015 I found out I was born with tiny coronary arteries after having chest pain while jogging. The cardiologist said to get my affairs in order as he did not expect me to live more than a year. I decided I would prove him wrong and decided to follow a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet with no added oil. I have been doing great since, though I did have a major heart attack in 2017, though you would not know it looking at me as I walk 6 miles a day and ride my bike 13 - 100 miles per day.
