About On Saturday, November 15th, Marvin Ray McManaman, 64, passed away in Rogers, Arkansas.

Marv was born on July 6th, 1961, in Ulysses, Kansas, to Fern Mae and Chester Leroy McManaman. The youngest of three sons, he grew up alongside his brothers Rick and Jerry. As a kid, he loved baseball, music, and working on his grandparents’ farm. He graduated early from high school and eventually made his way to Colorado, where he met and married his first wife, Susan. Together they had two daughters, Amanda and Cayla McManaman.

Marv became a long-haul truck driver, eventually working as a car hauler. He had a passion for football (Go Dolphins and Broncos!), baseball (Go Rockies!), motorcycles, listening to music, and playing marbles with his family. He was known for working hard and getting things done, his do-it-yourself attitude, being a skilled driver, and—of course—for always wearing a baseball hat. His charisma, laughter, and storytelling was unmatched, and the people he brought into his life became his family and he loved them with everything he had.

In 2005 he met his second wife, Diana Bupp (Womack), while working for Fleet Car Carriers. The two quickly hit it off and were married in 2012. She brought her children—J.D. Greene, Lynn Clark, and Joey Womack—into their new blended family. Together they enjoyed boating, jet skis, football, and NASCAR, and Marv looked forward every year to their trips to Florida for the annual Daytona 500 race. Marv and Diana planned to retire on their little piece of paradise, ten acres on the outskirts of Rogers, Arkansas, where they moved in 2024 with their three dogs, Lily, Sadie, and Finnen.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fern and Chester Leroy McManaman; his brothers, Rick McManaman and Jerry “Butch” McManaman; and his first wife, Sue McManaman.

He is survived by his wife, Diana McManaman; his children, Amanda McManaman and Cody Hilburn and Cayla McManaman; and his stepchildren, J.D. and Heather Greene, Lynn and John Clark, and Joey Womack. He is also survived by his grandchildren—Zachary Clark, Hailey Greene, Anna Hartel, Cayden Greene, and great grandchild Aria Clark—as well as nieces, nephews, and his sister-in-law, Shirley McManaman.
