About	Manter, Kansas Services for Paul James Wright, 76, of Odessa will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the Rev. Clydel Chapman officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mr. Wright died Thursday, Oct. 29, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital. He was born Oct. 12, 1922, in Iantha, Mo. He married Atsuko Ide Sept. 6, 1960, in Sapporo, Japan. Mr. Wright moved to Odessa in 1965. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a machinist and a Baptist. Survivors include his wife, Atsuko Wright of Odessa; son, John Wright of Mesquite; daughter, Pauline King of Odessa; brothers, Gayle Wright of Syracuse, Kan., and Cecil Wright of Greeley, Colo.; sisters, Betty Payne of Odessa, Lillian Woolery of Johnson, Kan., and Fern Kistler of Ulysses, Kan.; four grandchildren, Alex King of Odessa, Austin Wright, Andrew Wright and Kaitlyn Wright, all of Mesquite. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Nellie Wright; and a brother, Ivan Wright.
