Marilyn Grace Raney Cockreham, 82, died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011, in Cheyenne, Wyo., after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
She was born June 6, 1928, in Johnson City to Fredrick and Ella Raney, They preceded her in death.
Cockreham attended Johnson High School and the University of Kansas.
She and Hobart Cockreham were married April 3, 1949, and made their home in Wyoming.
Surviving are a brother, Charles of Weskan; a sister, Melva Jean Tuggle of Denver; two sons, Steven Cockreham of Indianapolis, Ind., and Randall Cockreham of Castle Rock, Colo.; and a daughter, Deborah Diane Cockreham of Fort Collins, Colo.
Funeral was at Fellers Funeral Home LLC, in Syracuse.
