About	Milton began farming at age 15 and farmed all his life. He was a 3rd generation farmer in Stanton County. He continued to live on the same farmstead, which was homesteaded by his father. His Grandfather also farmed in rural Stanton County. Milton attended Liverpool Grade School and Johnson Grade School and graduated from High School in 1943. He was a life-long member of Johnson United Methodist Church. He also served as a board member for Big Bow Grade School, Soil Conservation and for Stanton County Cemetery. On August 22, 1947 he married Katerine Marie Long at Big Bow Pilgrim Holiness Church, Big Bow, Kansas. She survives. Survivors include wife Katerine Marie Long of Big Bow, Kansas, one son Rex Julian and wife Keri of Johnson, Kansas, four daughters: Miriam Parrish and husband Darrell of Abilene, Kansas, Rhonda Julian of Little Rock, Arkansas, Glenda Thomas and husband Jim of LaHarpe, Illinois, Melody Julian and husband Ron Pridey of Ness City, Kansas, 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
