About	Anna Mae Lewis, 87, of Johnson City, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, at Stanton County Hospital in Johnson City. She was born Aug. 12, 1925, in Englewood, to Felix R. and Maude J. Reynolds Edmisson. She graduated from Johnson High School. On March 15, 1946, she married John C. Lewis in Syracuse, becoming a farm wife and his partner in their farming operation. They lived south of Syracuse since 1946 until moving to Johnson City 10 years ago. In addition to her husband, survivors include a son, James R. Lewis of Winfield; two daughters, Sue Dowd and Peggy Stiles, both of Johnson City; two sisters, Mona Winger of Johnson City, and Felicia Wheeler of Wichita; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Iris Lane. Funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church in Johnson City. Burial will follow at Stanton County Cemetery in Johnson City. There will be no visitation.
