Paul E. Plummer Jr., 86, died Friday, Sept. 24, 2010, at The Legacy at Park View, Ulysses.
He was born April 4, 1924, in Jenks, Okla., to Paul Plummer Sr. and Jeannette Martin Plummer.
A lifetime resident of Stanton County, Mr. Plummer was involved in agriculture throughout his life.
On Nov. 6, 1943, he married Leaura Lewison Hatton in Tribune. She survives. Other survivors include a son, Paul E. Plummer III of Spring Branch, Texas; a daughter, Deb Plummer of Franktown, Colo.; three granddaughters; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Bonnie Plummer; and a brother, Samuel Plummer.
Funeral was at the First United Methodist Church, Johnson City. Burial was at Stanton County Cemetery, Johnson City.
