Elsie Elvira Shepard was born on September 3, 1918, in Cullison, Kansas, to Charles Shepard and Margaret Ralstin. She married Everett William Kammer, Apr 12 1937, in Syracuse, Kansas and had two sons Merlin and Melvin, daughter Loretta Irene. She married Basil Wayne Hendrick Nov 7 1961, he died Jan 15, 1965. She married Oran Dwight Rouse Sr, Aug 25,1967. She died on December 27, 1978, in Hereford, Texas, at the age of 60, and was buried there.
