Anna Lee Fisher was born on September 3, 1918, in Plainview, Texas, to Edgar Fisher and Mary Ramer. Anna graduated from Stanton County High School in 1936. She married Guinn William Casey on July 3, 1958 in Lubbock Texas. She died on August 7, 1991, in Bexar, Texas, at the age of 72.
