Margaret Helen Shore Pearce, 84, born Dec 13, 1915, in Coats KS to Glenwood and Mary Etta Stitt Shore, died at 11:10 pm on Nov 21, 2000, at the Martin Health Center, Bloomington IL.
She graduated from Johnson High School and moved to Bethany, OK in 1935. She was retired from Sears and Roebuck, Oklahoma City. Margaret was active in the Bethany Band Boosters, Girl Scouts, Red Cross, The Sewing Club, and the Crat Center.
She was predeceased by her parents; daughter, Marilyn Honaker; brother, John Shore; and sister, Mildred Jacobs.
She is survived by daughters, Mary Catherine Cochran, Bethany, and Maureen Pierce, Normal, IL; brothers, Harold Shore, Tulsa, OK; sister, Marion Snyder, Kansas City, KS; 11 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1 pm Saturday, Nov 25, at the Mercer-Adams Funeral Chapel, with interment at Bethany Cemetery. Mercer-Adams Funeral Services.
