About	Oleta F. Ross, 89, of Canton, died Saturday, May 12, 2001, at the Lewis County Nursing Home. Born August 22, 1911, in Grant County, Kansas, she was the daughter of Roland B. Leigh and Margaret Lena Friend Leigh. She married Levert J. Ross, June 10, 1929. He preceded her in death October 18, 1994. Ross was a homemaker. She is survived by a son, Frank Delain Ross, Sr., of Lawton, Oklahoma; two daughters Fern Rose Wallace, of Maywood, and Beth Ann Hilt of Logandale, Nevada; 13 grandchildren including Violet Brownell of Maywood; 19 great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Levert Ross; a brother, W. A. Leigh; and a sister, Leona Frances Leigh. Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 16, at the Farris-Feuerborn Memorial Chapel in Garnett Kansas. Pastor Gary Benjamin officiated. Interment was at the Oakwood Cemetery in Centerville, Kansas.
