What is Dee Milliner known for?

DeMarcus Armon "Dee" Milliner, a former American football cornerback, was born on September 14, 1991 in Deatsville, Alabama. He attended Stanhope Elmore High School in Millbrook, Alabama, where he showcased his sporting prowess both in football and track and field. He was a starting defensive back for his high school football team and acclaimed for his performance in track and field, ranging from the 100-meters to the long jump.

Post his high school career, Milliner attended the University of Alabama from 2010 to 2012, where his exceptional on-field talent garnered him recognition as a unanimous All-American in 2012. Milliner, a coveted player in the college recruiting circuit, was picked as Alabama's highest rated recruit of the 2010 class over offers from major universities like Auburn, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Tennessee, among others.

Drafting Milliner seemed to be an easy choice for the New York Jets, who secured him in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft.
