About Me	Nora Kobrenik is the Editor-in-Chief and Founder of Tartarus Media and Tartarus Magazine as well as a Photographer, Model, Stylist, Designer and Artist. She has worked with the likes of famed Fashion photographers Andrea Blanch, Andrew Werner, Nick Night, Guy Aroch and Sebastien Kim; actor and singer Aaron Carter, milliner Eugenia Kim and designer extraordinaire Zang Toi among many others. She's a proud recipient of the Connecticut Scholastics Award, the Golden Key for Photography achievements and The Robert Mapplethorp Foundation Award. Nora Kobrenik is a Graduate of New York City's famed School of Visual Arts with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art with a focus in photography and a Master Degree in Fine Art with a focus in design and magazine publishing where she was mentored by Jessica Craig-Martin, Stephen Frailey, Lyle Rexer, Reed and Rader, Jamie Isaia and Alix Browne. Nora Kobrenk was born and raised in Odessa, Ukraine until the age of 12. Nora has started her career in the fashion world as a child model at the age of 7. She has done numerous ad campaigns and runway shows before the age of 15 including LC Waikiki, Antoshka, Alena Volkova, Olga Safonova, ect. Nora Kobrenik has been with Uptempo Magazine since 2011, she assumed the position of the Creative Director in May 2012 and she has been leading the magazine in new, ground breaking directions that marry the worlds of Art, Fashion, Performance and Style until it's dissolution in 2014.
