Lance Lambert

Lance Lambert

Class of 1965

Lance Lambert's love of cars was in full bloom when he was a student at Stadium High School. In 1963 his form of transportation changed from tennis shoes to a 1948 Chevrolet Sedan. The following year the Chev was sold to a fellow classmate and replaced with a black 1954 Oldsmobile 88. Both car transported Lance to school, his girlfriend's house and, most important of all, to the weekly meetings of the Steeds Car Club. This very active club was made up of Stadium and Wilson students that shared a love for hot rods.

This "basic training" in the world of cars began Lance's long career in automotive related activities. Currently Lance is the host and executive producer of the nation's longest running special interest automotive TV show "Vintage Vehicle Show". It is broadcast nationwide on 65 stations and is also seen weekly in Russia, Israel, Finland and Holland. Lance began producing the show in 1993 and after 15 years and 360 episodes Lance plans to continue hosting the show at least until the 50th reunion of the class of 1965.
