About	This wonderful man lost his life in a motorcycle accident in the summer of 2002. For such a short life, Erik accomplished many goals, one of them enjoying life to its fullest and accepting everyone for who they were. Erik was not a perfect person, just as the rest of us aren’t, but it is hard to not look back on his life and only focus on all the wonderful character/personality traits, in which he had more than most. Erik LOVED music, and had a very eclectic taste in selection. One could never be around him and not hear great music coming from a nearby radio. Erik always liked a good party and always had friends surrounding him, whether it be in the middle of the day or the middle of the night. Erik radiated a calmness about him and tended to attract a wide assortment of friends. Erik graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in May 2002 and after moving back to Michigan, worked for the Clinton County News. Erik always seemed to have a smile on his face and was willing to accept everyone. Erik planned to move to San Diego where a few of his college friends live, to pursue the job of his dreams as a graphic artist, that fateful August. Unfortunately, there were other plans made. He is greatly missed by his family and friends, and will always be remembered by anyone's life that he touched.
