About	Carla Meidl (Married: Symanietz) Age 69 Carla Marie Symanietz, age 69 of Roberts, WI, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on August 7, 2018. Carla was born October 26, 1948 in New Ulm, MN to Frank and Cresence (Gruber) Meidl. She graduated from St. Cloud Technical High School, the Class of 1967. Carla was united in marriage to Ervin Thomas Symanietz on February 22, 1969 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in St. Cloud, MN. Their marriage was blessed with six children: Lisa, Kris, Jenny, Craig, Meri, and Adam. Most important to Carla was her family. She most graciously and lovingly provided for her family as a homemaker. After the children were grown, Carla worked in retail and enjoyed baby- sitting her grandchildren. Carla treasured every minute with her family, and was especially proud of her grandchildren. She delighted in cooking and baking, and making the holidays special for her family. Carla and Ervin enjoyed their summers camping, appreciating their time with others by the campfire, water, and taking in the peacefulness of the outdoors. Carla will remain in the hearts of her loving husband, Ervin; children, Lisa (Howie) Evans of Hammond, WI, Kris Symanietz of Hudson, WI, Jenny (Tim) Pedersen of Woodville, WI, Craig (Angie) Symanietz of Hammond, WI, and Meri (Travis) Most of Prescott, WI; 18 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Duane (Mona) Meidl of Afton, MN; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Adam; her parents, Frank and Cresence Meidl; siblings, Cleora Schmidt, Viola Wood, Frank Meidl, and Barbara Stuntebeck.
