| About | Tribute Patricia Ann “Terisha” Vickers-Syslo, 58 of Kenansville, Florida passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. Terisha was born in Ft. Pierce, Florida the daughter of Larry and Jessie Vickers and was a member of a Pioneer family of Osceola County. She earned her degree in horticulture, then her CNA license and drove the school bus for many years for the Osceola County School District before retiring as a bus driver for Lebanon City School District in Ohio. Terisha loved to help others and loved working with the elderly throughout the years. Her hobbies were crafting, going to thrift stores with her momma and sharing her love for the Lord.She was also a member of Unity Missionary Baptist Church in Almond, North Carolina. She was a small town girl with a big heart that loved everyone and never met a stranger. Terisha received the best Christmas gift of a lifetime when she was reunited Tuesday morning with her pride and joy and beloved son, Larry Wayne and her father, Larry Vickers. She was loved and will be greatly missed by her best friend and loving husband Rudy. Survivors also include her mother, Jessie Vickers of Saint Cloud, Florida; her sister Sandy Vickers of Cape Coral, Florida and her niece Elyssa Boykin of Cape Coral, Florida. Funeral Services for Terisha will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, December 17, 2023 in the First Missionary Baptist Church, Kenansville, Florida with the Reverend David Wallace and the Reverend Rodney Rowe officiating. Interment will follow in Kenansville Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior the service time in the church (1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.) Active Casketbearers will be Bruce Vickers, Wally Collins, Justin Vickers, Dion Vickers, Murray Harvey and Stoney Vickers. The Vickers-Syslo family is being cared for by CONRAD & THOMPSON FUNERAL |
