Jeff Phillips a 1976 graduate of St. Clair HS. Jeff is the only graduate of St. Clair Hs to letter 10 times in his career. He was a three year letter winner in Football, Basketball, and Track and letter in Baseball his senior year. Jeff was president of his senior class and a member of National Honory Society, he also was a Scholastics Honor winner, and received a School letter the third highest award given to any graduating senior, next to the Validictorian, and Soliatorian winners.

He was also presdinet of Key Club and Secretary of Fellowship of Christian Atheletes at SCHS. As a senior he was voted to the honorable mention all conference football team and lead the Bulldogs to their first ever winning season at SCHS. He was also voted first team all conference in basketball, and was a pitcher on the baseball team that compiled the best every record at SCHS at that time.

Jeff later served his county as a member of the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1979. He then went on to William Jewell College and played football and graduated with a 3.1 GPA.

He now lives in San Diego CA with his wife Doreen and is a Board Member, Crew Chief , and First Year Instructor for the nationally known San Diego County Football Officials Association. He is also a member of the Southern California Football Officials Associaiton and works for the San Diego Chargers on the weekends.
