SCW Bands 4th Annual Trivia Night
Saturday, March 12, 2011 � St. Charles West Band Boosters 4th annual trivia contest at St. Peters Catholic Church, 222 Jackson Street, St. Charles, MO 63301. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and 10 rounds of 10 questions begin promptly at 7 p.m. Cost is $160 for a table of up to 8 players. This will be an adults-only event. Soda and beer provided. Please feel free to bring your own snacks and spirits. Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place tables, 50/50 drawings, attendance prizes. Mulligan�s will be available. SCW Amphitheater Bricks
SCW Amphitheatre Brick Order Form
Dear Friend of SC West…
. Last year our Architecture students designed an outdoor amphitheater to be used by all our students and community. The amphitheater will be home to band, choir, orchestra, and theatrical performances. It is handicap accessible and provides a safer, faster fire escape route for the students in our multiple handicap classroom. The space will also be used as an outdoor classroom and eating area during lunch periods.
This year our students are building the amphitheater and construction is already underway. In order to pay for the materials needed, we are selling laser etched bricks for $50. The bricks will be permanently displayed in the amphitheatre walkway. Please make checks payable to St. Charles West.
This project will not only help to improve already outstanding practical and fine arts programs here at St. Charles West, it will also give students the opportunity to display talents in a beautiful, unique outdoor venue. Your help, in partnership with our architecture and building students, will make a permanent positive mark on St. Charles West High School and our whole community. SCW Project Amphitheatre
My name is Jeremy Jackson, I am the Technology Education teacher at St. Charles West High School. Last year our Architecture students designed an outdoor amphitheater to be used by all our students and community. The amphitheater will be home to band, choir, orchestra, and theatrical performances. This year I have a class of students that are building the amphitheatre and construction is already under way! We will be doing several fundraisers to fund materials for the project. Business sponsorships are $150, call me for details. We are selling laser etched bricks to be part of the project for $50. Coffey Automotive is donating 10% of profit for the month of September when you mention the project. Friday, Sept. 25 Chevys, St. Charles, will donate 15% of your ticket to the project when you present a flyer to the server (call or email me for the flyer). Miscelaneus donations are also greatly appreciated. We appreciate any support you able to give. Pictures of the project should soon be available on the school web sight. Thank you!

Kim Phillips Trivia Night
Trivia Night on Saturday, February 21st at 7 pm at the St. Peters Parish Center. Tables of 8 for $160. The event includes 10 rounds of trivia, beverages (beer and soda), and snacks, 50/50 raffle, and silent auction. This event is to benefit the Kim Phillips Scholarship Fund at St. Charles West High School. Kim Phillips graduated from St. Charles West in 1991. Tragically, Kim was killed just outside of Chicago in June 2007, along with her three children; Abigayle, Cassandra, and Blake.
