About	Michael V. Slatinsky 68, of Lincoln, Nebraska passed away on July 31, 2010. Michael was born on December 26, 1941, in St. Charles, Illinois. Michael served in the United States Army and completed a one year tour of duty in Vietnam. He graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska. He was captain of the football team, wore #12 and was inducted into the Nebraska Wesleyan University Varsity Athletics Hall of Fame on October 14, 1983. Mike was an avid golfer and Nebraska Football fan and was very excited about the prospects for the upcoming football season.
