Terry B. Hillquist, 60, of St. Charles, died Monday, July, 29,2002, at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke Medical Center, Chicago.
He was born January 4, 1942, in St. Charles.
He graduated from St. Charles High School in 1960. He and his brother, Ron owned and operated Hillquist Excavating Co. in Geneva. Mr. Hillquist was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, St. Charles.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Petrosky-Hillquist; one son, Todd (Kim) Hillquist of Batavia; one brother Ronald (GiGi) Hillquist of Geneva; two grand daughters, Elizabeth and Margaret of Batavia; two nieces, Kelly (Kris) Hajek of Geneva and Leslie (Mark) Key of Batavia; and one nephew, Ronald Jr. (Lisa) Hillquist of Geneva.
He was preceded in death by his son, Joel Scott Hillquist; his parents Theodore and Margaret Hillquist and his sister-in-law, Sharilyn Hillquist.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 P.M., Thursday, August 1, 2002, at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 E. Main St., St. Charles. Call (630) 584-0060.
A funeral service will be at 11 A.M., Friday, August 2, at Hosanna Lutheran Church, St. Charles, the Rev Barry D. Scott officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Geneva.
