About Me	I moved to Washington, DC, in 1998, after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in English. I used to design web pages and write software for the U.S. General Accounting Office. Following that, I had a brief stint as the Webmaster for Heldref Publications, a great little publishing company in Dupont Cirlce. For the past two years, I was enjoying my dream job at NASA, working on the NASA Portal, www.nasa.gov. Now I'm moving on to bigger and better things over at the Architect of the Capitol as the webmaster for aoc.gov and for the U.S. Botanic Garden web site, usbg.gov. When I'm not making web pages or being a geek, I do freelance writing, fence epee, play bass, paint, collect antique bio and botanical prints, and obsess a little too much over chess, poker, and Stratego.
