| About Me | Mother of two children Sally (27) and Chris (23) and grandmother of THE most precious Stella (2). Attended Catholic schools for 12 years and later attended college after having my kids. I started out teaching and coaching in Maine, what a gorgeous place to live!And, for almost 20 years I educated, encouraged, and cared for kids with various abilities and backgrounds. I then decided to leave the profession for a reprieve....I was a live-in home health aide for an elderly woman for three years. I knew that the angels above were guiding me in this direction because the family I worked for, The Standish's, embraced me as one of their own, and during this time I slipped on ice and 12 months later needed a triple fusion. Trusting the process was so incredibly difficult, never have I felt so alone but this family cared enough about me to be there for me when I needed a lifesaver. And so be it....
