Navy Reserves, 6 Years
Joined the Navy Reserves in April of 1968 which was several months before graduation. Served basic training at Great Lakes Naval Training Station, Great Lakes (North Chicago), IL. In May of 1969 I was assigned to the Mobile Riverine Force in Vietnam. The assignment was to supply army bases in the Delta region of Vietnam and to protect the waterways. I came home and was released from active duty in June of 1970. I then received an Honorable Discharge in April of 1974.

Joined the Navy Reserves in April of 1968 which was several months before graduation. Served basic training at Great Lakes Naval Training Station, Great Lakes (North Chicago), IL. In May of 1969 I was assigned to the Mobile Riverine Force in Vietnam. The assignment was to supply army bases in the Delta region of Vietnam and to protect the waterways.
