About Me	After spending two years at Bradley University I went into the Air Force in March 1964. After finishing Automatic Radar Technicians School I was sent to Bismarck, ND on May 25th 1965 and it snowed on that day. Relocated to Barksdale AFB, Bossier City, LA for nine years. Graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1973 while in the Air Force, and started working on a Masters until I was relocated to Bismarck/Mandan ND in 1975. Went to Germany for three years in 1980 and returned to Bismarck again in 1983. Closed the radar site in 1986 and moved it Forsyth, MT. After one year in Forsyth I retired from the Air Force and moved back to Mandan, ND. Worked as a manager at Ressler Chevrolet here in Mandan, ND for 20 years. Retired two years ago and still help out at Ressler's Chevrolet by working at home. Very active in the VFW, and presently active in the VFW & Amercian Legion Honor Guard here in Mandan. We have the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery just South of Mandan, and we average about 8-10 burials a month for our group o...(read more)
