Got my teaching credential and taught for two yrs., figured out it wasn't a good fit and worked for community non-profits and county mental health program doing youth counseling, case management, coordinating volunteer programs, self-help groups, and outpatient socialization centers for adult mental health clts. which motivated me to become an LCSW/children, youth and family therapist.
