Alexander Guy Berish, of Manayunk, formerly of Royersford, died Aug. 8, 2009. He was 23.
Born in Phoenixville, he was the son of Dennis Berish of East Fallowfield and Theresa (Siess) Berish of Royersford.
Mr. Berish was a graduate of Spring-Ford High School, Class of 2004. He was attending Temple University for a degree in criminal justice.
He was a member of Temple Rugby Club, was an avid Phillies fan, and loved music and traveling.
Surviving in addition to his parents are brothers John P. Niemczuk of Stowe, Benjamin Berish of Royersford, and Zachary Berish of Royersford; a stepgrandmother, Connie Siess of Caldwell, W.Va.; and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 146 Church St., Phoenixville, on Aug. 15 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Phoenixville.
