Frances Burns Quinn was born in Feb. 10, 1911 on Colby Rd. She lived in the town of Ogden all her life. She served as Executive Secretary to Mrs. Louise Niver, the dietician at Spencerport Central Schools until her retirement in the mid-70s. She died at the age of 99, just 74 days short of her 100th birthday.
