About Me	My life is so different than growing up in Shreveport LA. I've been away for nearly 20 years & have been through so much that has made me into who I am today. I have 2 beautiful children ( Trey, who's 15& Maya, who's 12...going on 20) Our lives were a circle of 3 for so many years, that I thought it would be that way till the 2nd coming ( haha) Then, because God is so darn COOL, I started getting involved in the "little" church called WAVE CHURCH in Virginia Beach, VA. There, I got to step into the life that God had planned for me, that I was too stubborn to see for so many years. I started serving and praising & listening ( which sometimes means ... being still) and within 3 years, my life made a complete turn around. The blessings never cease to amaze me & one of the major ones, was having the privilege of marrying my best friend, Marvin. He's , absolutely, one of the most amazing men God has ever created, that I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I pray that my life is proof to people who have known me in the past & those who have known me just a short time, that miracles can & DO happen, everyday, to ordinary people.
