About	Died at 5:15 a.m. Saturday (Oct. 13, 2001) in the Brooks Memorial Hospital, Dunkirk, the result of a hit-and-run accident on the New York State Thruway. (Taken from the Post-Journal) Jeremy touched many of our lives in so many ways. His cheerful and playful attitude was addictive, forcing us to smile and have a good time in his presence. His tragic death shocked all of us, stealing what seemed to be a beacon of joy from our lives. However, his offerings in friendship, laughter, generosity, camaraderie, and talent, will stay with us for a lifetime. He will be forever loved and missed.
