| About Me | Norman Roth began his career with a degree in Business from the University of Miami, Florida. With more than four decades experience in Sales Management, Sales Training, Client Retention and creating successful Sales Processes, Norman Roth has developed a strong capability for helping small to mid-size businesses hire, train and work together with other departments to build a more profitable company. As an experienced Sales and Marketing Director and Vice President of Sales, Norman has quickly built and turned around Sales Departments during his wide-ranging career. He has worked as a Senior-level Manager with a large, well-known advertising agency, National Pharmaceutical and Optical Corporations, and most recently with a global Property Leasing Corporation generating two billion dollars in Sales. Norman has decided to share his extensive knowledge and talent by working on a Sales Training and Management Consulting basis with small businesses, start-ups and Sales turn-arounds. He believes that customizing Sales Training Programs that fit the needs of his clients is the best way to enhance each client’s particular and unique Sales challenges. His clients have ranged from small businesses with 10 or fewer employees generating two million dollars in sales up to 100 employees generating fifty million in annual sales.
