About Me	I became a father and future husband, a Patented Inventor, created my first fitness product the ProUnit Performance Trainer, a consultant to fitness programs, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Personal Trainer and Strength Coach. For almost 15yrs I have been privileged to learn from and coach some of the best athletes around the country in a variety of sports and Programs ranging from the NFL, MLB, NCAA and traditional sports: football, soccer, basketball, baseball, etc, to motor cross, ice skating, and mixed martial arts to improve their speed, agility, and strength and self confidence.
