Class of 2000
After graduating from Southwest High school in May of 2000. I earned a B.S. degree in computer science from Fayetteville State University in May of 2005. In the fall of 2007 I stated a small company called Elite Care Service Inc. my goal was to provide mental health services to residents of Cumberland county. In the spring 0f 2008 my company earned a license from North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to provide residential services to adults who suffers from mental illness. In the winter of 2009 my company earned contracts with Duplin, Lenoir, Sampson, and Wayne counties to provide enhanced mental health services to children, adolescents and adults. In May of 2010 m company earned a three(3) year national accreditation from CARF. This is our first accreditation by CARF. We are particularly pleased at having achieved this benchmark because we are such a young organization.
This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows our substantial conformance to the CARF standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process and has demonstrated to the CARF surveyor during an on-site visit that our program is of the highest quality, measurable, and accountable on a business level and concerning the welfare of our consumers.
CARF is an independent, nonprofit accrediting body whose mission is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process that centers on enhancing the lives of the persons served. Founded in 1966 as the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, and now known as CARF, the accrediting body establishes consumer-focused standards to help organizations measure and improve the quality of their programs and servic
