About Me	Developed successful private psychotherapy practice while in Dallas,TX , then moved to SF with my husband to eventually accept supervisory appt.@ UCSF Medical Center where, over the years, I developed several pt care programs both with pediatrics and adult patient populations working in research, education, and clinical aspects of care - specialties included the fields of neuroscience, attachment, couples therapy, symptom management and cancer care,palliative care, trauma work in medicine and with military vets, contemplative neuroscience. Also developed my own business building a small private practice in SF. As an avocation, participated in International Biological Conservation and Habitat Preservation project doing Grizzly Bear Research for the past 16 years with an international wildlife biology team spanning both Alaska and western wilderness of Canada. Active participation in competitive walking marathons, kayaking, and riding since turning 50....Living this "Third Chapter" of Life with deep appreciation for my friends and close connections, in compassion, joy, gratitude, and curiosity.
