| About Me | Over a 30 year span, wow, can't believe it's been that long!! Well, spent most of my "single days" in Dallas, which during that time I had a blast and made some great friends. Was diagnosed with Cancer in '93 but have since recovered very nicely and it hasn't returned--Thank God. Have traveled a little of Europe, (England & France) which I thoroughly enjoyed--seeing the history and being a part of something unique was exciting. In 1999 a friend of mine encouraged me to join a matchmaker site in Dallas, I was hesitant at first but after awhile I emailed a very nice man, (not to mention very handsome, etc.), he asked me out and low and behold we fell deeply in love. In Nov. of 2000 we were walking to the Eiffel Tower, I sat on a bench, he got down on one knee and proposed with a gorgeous ring, I was thrilled. In Dec. we got married. I am now a proud stepmother to two grown daughters, which also made me a stepgrandmother.
