Army Reserves, 20+ Years
Joined the NJNG in 1976 and proudly served in the 5-117 Cavalry out of Westfield, NJ-Show 'em the Way! First enlisted, then went to OCS to become a commissioned Officer. Was a Platoon Leader, Troop Commander and held many other key Staff positions. Retired from the Army Reserve as a Major. God Bless our Brave American fighting Soldiers-for it's to them we owe our Freedoms.

Joined the NJNG in 1976 and proudly served in the 5-117 Cavalry out of Westfield, NJ-Show 'em the Way! First enlisted, then went to OCS to become a commissioned Officer. Marine Corps, 3 Years
Basic Training and MOS School at Parris Island, S.C., then off to Marine Barracks, Yokosuka, Japan, where I worked in a Liaison Office, handling the Admin duties of moving Marine Coprs Generals in and out of the Japanese mainland. A very high profile, spit and polish job, breaking fresh starched uniforms everyday.
Promoted to both Corporal and Sergeant Meritoriously, by a Three Star General.
I loved the Corps, but 3 years was enough.
I do stand for the Pledge of Allegiance and National Anthem, as well as for the Marine Corps Hymn..."Once a Marine-Always a Marine"
