Dear Classmates: Has it really been fifteen years since we graduated from South Pike? Where did the time go??? It's high time that we got together again to compare notes on life after high school, so mark your calendars! Our fifteen year reunion ("Reunion Weekend 2008") is set for Friday, December 26, 2008 through Sunday, December 28, 2008. The Reunion Planning Committee has some great activities scheduled for you! Friday night kicks off with a with a dressy Reunion Banquet/Party at South Pike Junior High/Eva Gordon Elementary cafeteria located at 1175 North Clark Street Magnolia, MS , where you can party the evening away with food, music, dancing, awards, photographs, and much more. Registration will begin promptly at 6:30p.m., followed by the main event starting at 7:00 p.m. until 12:00a.m. Saturday afternoon continues with a casual Family Picnic at Percy Quin State Park from 12:00p.m. until 3:00p.m., where you can enjoy a day of fun in the sun with your classmates, along with spouses, significant others and children. Things wind down on Sunday morning with Church Services at 11:00a.m. at St. James Methodist Church located on Highway 51 South Magnolia, MS, where you can congregate and worship with classmates. The cost of the reunion is $20.00 per person. Admission will be taken at the door on Friday. If you would like to pay in advance, contact information will be provided later on website southpikehighschool.ning.com under the event and class of 1993 pages. Reunion Weekend 2008 won't be the same without you, so please plan to attend. This is a great opportunity to catch up with old friends, and maybe make some new ones! Please join us in making Reunion Weekend 2008 a fun time for everyone! In 2003 we attempted to have a ten year reunion; however we did not have enough class participation.
