| About Me | Live abroad in Salamanca, Spain for approx. four months and attended the University of Salamanca. I received a BA in Spanish with a minor in Business Administration at Southwest Baptist University while playing four years Division II tennis on a scholarship. During college, I had the opportunity of a lifetime to study abroad for a semester in Salamanca, Spain, which opened the door to experience a different culture and meet so many great people from all over the world. I worked as a Resource Developer at a Fortune 500 company in the Continuous Process Improvement Department which opened the door to the opportunity of conducting training on process improvement tools. This venture lead me into the position in which I currently hold. My position assesses training needs, develops training material, and conducts training sessions with all employees.
