About	Son of Randall & Phyllis Clouser Foye. Died in motorcycle accident just weeks before his graduation from Southmont High School. (SHS Class of '87) He was active in football and track. He was a member of the Southmont Show Choir, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Junior Achievement, and Royal Ambassadors. Member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church where he served as usher. Brother of Michael, Joseph, Christopher, Jean, and Mariam.
