| About Me | I live my life with no regrets just as my Dad, Leonard L Brown did. Looking for the good in every situation and just being glad to wake up and get out of bed to a new day is a good day. I believe people are basically honest and accept them for who they are and I don't care where they came from. I always allow people with a just a couple of things to buy in front of me at the grocery store when I have a full cart, it's good Karma. When they thank me I ask them to pay the courtesy forward so someone will let me go in front of them when I have one or two items and they have a full cart...works every time! It is easier to live your life telling the truth no matter how difficult it seems at the moment, that way you never have to remember what you said. Be a giver and it comes back 10 fold, just a smile and a little kindness towards someone goes a long way. Have fun and make the best out of your situation. I love to laugh, sometimes even at myself. Laughing every day is as important as breathing. Accept people for who they are, you can't change them. I never worry about people saying untrue things about me. If they do, they don't really know me and they are not my friends so they don't matter anyway. I make myself happy and don't expect anyone else to have to carry that burden (that was a hard lesson, but I finally got it!) Always walk your talk. Don't say one thing and do another. The 2 best things in my life are my sons, Noah and Sam. I couldn't be more blessed then with them. I thank G-d every day for all of my other family and friends as well, they know who they are.
