| Favorite School Memory | When I tried out for cheerleader my sophmore year. I shouted "Ready, OK," and then I forgot the cheer. The judges took mercy on me and made me a cheerleader. |
| About Me | I married Michael Knapps in 1988, we have two sons: Adam 18 and Ethan 15. I lived in Louisianna for 7 years until I returned to Joplin in 1995. I got my real estate license in 1997. In May, 2003 I received my teaching degree from PSU and I teach second grade at Irving Elementary in Joplin. I will be continuing my education by getting my Masters Degree in school counseling. I also perform my storytelling at various area events around the area. I have traveled some. But I mostly enjoy being around all my family. We get together often at momma Lena's house.
