| About Me | I attended USL and then the University of Colorado School of Law. After graduating law school I worked at the Federal Communications Commission from 1972 to 1975. In 1975 I joined the communcations law firm of Fisher Wayland Southmayd and Cooper, and became a partner in 1980. Our firm merged with Shaw Pittman Potts and Trowbridge in 2000, and then with Pillsbury Winthrop in 2005, so I am now a partner in Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. I am chair of the communications law section at Shaw Pittman, and work primarily with companies in the radio, television, satellite and wireless communications industries.
