Mrs. Elaine (Hogan) Klacik, 23, of Brynwood Gardens, Old Bridge, died while giving birth in St. Peter's Medical Center, New Brunswick. The infant did not survive. Born in Jersey City, Mrs. Klacik had been employed as a secretary for the Johnson & Johnson Corp. She was a graduate of South River High School and a communicant of Corpus Christi Church, South River.
